Shipping Information

Got Shades International proudly offers Free UPS Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States for all orders over $100.

Please note:

  • A valid physical address is required for UPS delivery.

  • P.O. Box addresses are not accepted by UPS.

  • Free shipping applies only to UPS Ground service.

  • Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from the free shipping offer.

If a physical address is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We encourage you to take advantage of this great offer!

Shipping Charges:
Actual shipping costs are based on the size and weight of your order and will be added to your total. Thanks to our high shipping volume, we’re able to pass along exclusive discounted UPS rates to our customers.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. During peak seasons (January–September), please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Expedited Orders:
To ensure same-day shipping, expedited orders must be received before 12:00 PM PST.

If you have specific delivery needs or special requests, please call or email us, and we’ll be happy to arrange the best shipping method for you.

All orders ship via UPS Ground unless another method is selected at checkout.

Christmas & New Year’s Holiday Closure

Orders received before December 23, 2025 will be processed and shipped out that day. Orders placed on December 23 will be processed as quickly as possible, though some may not ship until after we reopen on January 2, 2026.

Our office and warehouse will close at the end of business day on December 23, 2025, and will reopen on the morning of Thursday, January 2, 2026.

All orders received during the holiday closure will be processed in the order they were received, starting January 2, 2026. Due to high holiday order volume, please allow an additional 2–3 business days beyond normal processing times for fulfillment.


Order Processing Time

Orders placed and confirmed during our regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 24-72 hours of confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • We always make every effort to ensure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

UPS Expedited Shipping Cutoff Times

For UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select services, orders must be received by 12:00 PM PST for same-day processing.

Orders received after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.


Will Call / Third-Party Pickup

Due to insurance and liability restrictions at our industrial facility, in-person pickup (Will Call) and third-party pickups are not available.
